An early look at the gameplay of Bethesda's highly anticipated third-person shooter game "Mass Effect: Andromeda" has been leaked.

The short clip on NeoGAF had been removed, but it appears to be back online at the moment.

The person who posted the gameplay video claimed that he first discovered it on the website of an unknown developer who is reportedly working on the upcoming game. However, he claimed that the video was made in late 2014. This could mean that the game may no longer look like that today.

In the 50-second video clip, viewers can see some of the game's environmental effects, a number of characters like a Krogan and a human, some graphical details, as well as different races that players can embark on once the game comes out in the market. It also shows that the players can roam all over the game's environment using a jetpack.

This is the second time that information regarding "Mass Effect: Andromeda" came out online. In late March 2016, a marketing survey that reportedly came from EA was made public. This was released with a detailed description of the game, saying:

"Mass Effect: Andromeda takes players to the Andromeda galaxy, far beyond the Milky Way, where players will lead the fight for a new home in hostile territory -- where WE are the aliens -- opposed by a deadly indigenous race bent on stopping us."

The EA marketing survey also mentioned that players can enjoy the ability of travelling and exploring a compact but seamless planet while taking on the role of the leader of a group of military-trained experts.

The development of "Mass Effect: Andromeda" was first announced in November 2012 on Twitter, and it was officially unveiled during the E3 2014.

In early March, EA CFO Blake Jorgensen mentioned during the Morgan Stanley's Technology, Media & Telecom Conference that the release date of "Mass Effect: Andromeda" has been delayed from Q4 2016 to Q1 2017.
