EA's upcoming action role-playing shooter video game "Mass Effect: Andromeda" was originally announced to be released sometime this year. Unfortunately, this was followed by an announcement by the game's developer that they would be moving the game's release to 2017.

Now, a new Amazon listing may have just accidentally pinpointed the exact release date of the highly-anticipated game, which apparently also coincides with the previous statements from its developers.

The game itself was announced to be moved to 2017 and within EA's 2017 fourth fiscal quarter. This means that it would be released somewhere between January and March of 2017.

The Amazon listing, which was first spotted by Destructoid, showed the game's accompanying art book called "The Art of Mass Effect: Andromeda" to be coming out in March 21, 2017. The description for the art book then mentions that the book would actually be released "simultaneously with the game," further solidifying the notion.

However, another listing that was found on Amazon UK for the same exact book lists the date to be on March 23, 2017. Some reports were then quick to deduce that the date on the listings could either be an approximation by whoever posted it or are in fact the actual release dates.

If the latter is true, then it might be possible that gamers in the UK will be receiving the game a few days later than folks in North America.

The dates also conveniently falls into EA's fourth fiscal quarter, which has been interpreted by some fans as proof enough that the release dates are accurate. For now, EA has yet to comment on the leak, which means that it still remains to be seen if the dates on the listings are accurate.

Nevertheless, an announcement should be coming out soon, and it will most likely come out on N7 Day, which is happening next month on Nov. 7.
