While BioWare has yet to officially announce the release date of its upcoming action role-playing shooter video game "Mass Effect: Andromeda," a seemingly innocent Amazon listing for its accompanying art book has now leaked it online.

The listing itself is for Dark Horse Comic's "Art of Mass Effect: Andromeda" book which has now revealed that the game will be coming out on March 21, 2017.

While the listing for the art book does not directly mention the release of the game itself, it does state in the description that "Dark Horse will release The Art of Mass Effect: Andromeda simultaneously with the game!" Putting one and one together, it may now be safe to assume that the date will, in fact, be the official day that the latest installment in the "Mass Effect" franchise will be released as well.

A similar listing was also found on Amazon UK, but it lists the release of the book as March 23, 2017. This might indicate that the game could be coming out a little later for folks in Europe. The listing was first spotted by Destructoid, who also mentions that the date does coincide with EA CFO Blake Jorgensen's statement that the game would be released during their fourth fiscal quarter.

The art book is apparently meant to be a great jumping off point for those who are both new and familiar to the franchise as it will contain never before seen illustrations of the game's characters, weapons, locations, vehicles and other in-game elements.

Dark Horse has, of course, had a long relationship with BioWare Games as has since been releasing interactive comics for players which include books for its "Mass Effect" and "Dragon Age" titles.

"Mass Effect: Andromeda" is scheduled to be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and for Microsoft Windows. An announcement of its official release date is also expected on Monday, Nov. 7, or N7 Day.
