While BioWare remains mum about the official release date of "Mass Effect: Andromeda," an Amazon product listing seemed to have slipped the game's possible arrival.

Destructoid spotted the listing of the upcoming novel titled "The Art of the Mass Effect Andromeda" that will be released by Dark Horse.

The Amazon product listing stated that the hardcover book will be released on March 21, 2017. It will reportedly feature several never-before-seen images of the upcoming game's highly anticipated characters, its new locations, arsenal, and vehicles, among others.

But the product listing seemed to have dropped a major hint about the upcoming action role-playing third person shooter game. According to the listing, "Dark Horse will release 'The Art of Mass Effect: Andromeda' simultaneously with the game!" This could mean that the video game will also drop in the market on March 21 next year.

While the game publisher has yet to confirm if the detail in the product listing is correct, it seemed like it fits the details that were revealed by EA CFO Blake Jorgensen during the Morgan Stanley's Technology, Media & Telecom Conference. According to Jorgensen, "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will be delayed from its original release schedule later this year. He added that the game will now come out in the fourth quarter of EA's fiscal year. This is equivalent to the first quarter of the calendar year.

"Mass Effect: Andromeda" will be the first game in the "Mass Effect" video game franchise that will have an open world environment. While the game is reportedly sharing the same universe in the Andromeda Galaxy with the original trilogy that first came out in 2007, the plot of the new game will not serve as its continuation.

In "Mass Effect: Andromeda," players can opt to take on the role of either a male or female offspring of the N7 named Ryder.

More details about the game are expected to come out in the coming days.
