The Meizu Pro 7 is said to feature an almost bezel-less design. However, latest leaks suggest that it could feature a display screen that is similar to the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.

According to Android Soul, the latest design sketches that surfaced on the web portrays the upcoming phone's display, featuring a soft curved edge display that looks similar to the aforementioned Samsung flagship phone. The illustration also showed an oval-shaped home button, which does not support the previously leaked image of the said phone. The two separate leaks information were only hours apart, and the first image portrays a circular home button.

The latest leaks show that a secondary screen is on the left-hand side, probably for notifications, exactly like the Galaxy S7 edge. There is also another small horizontal screen at the bottom part of the main screen that is said to display quick menu buttons.

Specs wise, the alleged phone is speculated to be sporting the powerful Helio X25 processor by MediaTek. It is also rumored to arrive with 6GB of RAM and 64 GB or 128GB of internal storage. Its Super AMOLED display screen is set at 5.6-inch that could offer a 2160x1080 resolution.

Other hypothesized features of the new smartphone include the mCharge 4.0. The upcoming battery charging technology is said to significantly lessen the charging time for the device. It is believed to fully charge the battery in 40 minutes or less. A fingerprint sensor, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack are also speculated to arrive with the device. There are reports that the phone will be using the recently unveiled Kirin 960 chipset equipped with the Mali G-71 Vulkan-enabled GPU.

Its cameras are speculated to be an 8 MP for the front and 12 MP main that could sport the Sony IMX 386 sensors. It is also said to arrive with an Android 7.0 Nougat mobile operating system out-of-the-box, coated with the Meizu Flyme 5.1 UI (user interface).

The Meizu Pro 7 is expected to be unveiled on Dec. 24.
