"Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" is set to be released next week and fans are thrilled especially since more and more details of the game have been released.

Over the past few weeks, new clips featuring game scenes have been revealed to whet fans' appetite.

Konami is just determined to let fans know that "Metal Gear Solid V" has a lot to offer, considering the game series has garnered positive feedback from several players.

The next happening for "Metal Gear Solid V" will be take place on Aug. 25, when a new trailer — and possibly the last by game designer Hideo Kojima — will be released.

According to Gaming Bolt, the upcoming trailer will get fans more excited about the game; and at the same time, it will also serve as Kojima's tribute to fans.

The trailer will be titled "Progress and Harmony of Metal Gear (And gratitude to the fans of the past)," as announced by Kojima himself on Twitter.

The new trailer itself may not be such big news; but since it will be Kojima's final creation for the franchise, it is considered important.

The trailer serves as the last time the designer will handle "Metal Gear" for Konami. It will be sad news for fans indeed; Kojima has contributed so much to the industry and "Phantom Pain" should serve as a parting gift.

Meanwhile, Cinema Blend reported that "Phantom Pain" will not be available for preloading for personal computer (PC) users, as revealed by Robert Allen Peeler, community manager for "Metal Gear."

Preloading a large game before it is officially released helps ease the digital traffic generated during launch of popular games like "Metal Gear."

Preloading is available for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 (PS4) users, but not for PC gamers.

Nevertheless, "Phantom Pain" should be worth every time spent downloading since it offers several new features, which include better day and night cycles, characters, base and weapon customization, and a new multiplayer mode that lets player attack on rival bases.

"Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" for PS4, PS3, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 will arrive on Sept. 1.
