The first "Metal Gear" game from the series without creative lead Hideo Kojima, "Metal Gear Survive," is coming out in just a few weeks. A lot of fans are eager to see how this Kojima-free "Metal Gear" game would be. As it will be released on the PC, here are the requirements that PC gamers will need to have.

Generally, if players could play most of the games on the market nowadays, then they should be able to play "Metal Gear Survive" even on high settings. Those who have a budget gaming PC might still be able to play the game as it does not require too much hardware. As such, an average gaming PC would do the trick.

For those who are quite doubtful about their PC specs, Konami did give a guide for its requirements. To play the game properly on low settings, players would need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 with 2 gigabytes (GB) of random access memory (RAM) or the AMD equivalent. As for its processor, gamers would need at least an Intel Core i5 (4th gen.) at 3.40 GHz with 4 GB of RAM.

On the other hand, those who want to get maximum display settings would need a GeForce GTX 960 and an Intel Core i7 (4th gen.) at 3.60 GHz with 4 GB of RAM or the AMD equivalent for either. If they want the best sounds as well, then they should have at least DirectX 9.0c sound card with Surround Sound 5.1.

The rest of the requirements for both minimum and maximum display settings are not much of a problem especially if it is a gaming rig. Windows 7 and up are supported provided that they should be the 64-bit version. DirectX graphics should also be DirectX11. Finally, at least 20 GB of space available is needed to play the title.

"Metal Gear Survive" is set to be released on the PC on Wednesday, Feb. 21 via Steam.
