The Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers will continue their preseason as they collide at the Bank of America Stadium Saturday to cap off the joint practices they have had in the past week.

Miami is searching for its first win of the preseason after opening their campaign with a 27–10 defeat to the Chicago Bears.

Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill started their game against the Bears with a touchdown pass to wide receiver Jarvis Landry to get an early lead.

Tannehill was signed by the Dolphins to a four-year, $77 million pact last May and tried to show that his contract is worth it as he finished the game completing six of his seven passes for 56 yards and one touchdown.

After the touchdown, the Dolphins struggled scoring just one time for the rest of the game converting a field-goal and they never scored again as Chicago went on a scoring rampage to send them packing.

Miami will be playing against the Panthers without starting safety Louis Delmas who suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) during their joint practices and was carted off the field.

Delmas is expected to miss the entire or majority of the 2015 season because of the injury, with ESPN reporting that likely replacements for him are Walt Aikens and Michael Thomas.

Meanwhile, the Panthers started their campaign with a come from behind victory against the Buffalo Bills at the Ralph Wilson Stadium.

It was no. 3 quarterback Joe Webb who starred in the closing moments of the game as he threw a touchdown pass to running back Brandon Wegher with 54 seconds left.

The touchdown inched them closer to the Bills 24–23 and they decided to go for the win and succeeded with a two-point conversion to end the game in their favor, 25–24.

But Carolina will be without one of their top wide receivers in Kelvin Benjamin who also suffered a torn ACL during their joint practices with the Dolphins this week.

It was a non-contact injury as Benjamin went down while doing a cut participating in a one-on-one pass drill.

The game between the Dolphins and Panthers will be played on Saturday, Aug. 22 at 7:00 p.m. EST. To watch via live stream, click here.
