Seeing that the Dwyane Wade situation is slowly blowing out of proportion, Miami Heat president makes it clear that he wants Wade to retire as a Miami Heat.

Issue surrounding the contract of the long-time Heat guard has become a circus of sorts as Wade is reportedly demanding the proper pay due to him.

Wade has done his share of sacrificing for the sake of the team but at 33, it looks like the All Star guard wants to look out for himself. Wade opted out of his contract which would have guaranteed him $16.1 million next season.

Sources believe that Wade is seeking a three-year deal worth $15 million. However, the Heat are trying to talk to Wade about the financial situation, seeking flexibility to draw in more players especially come the 2016-2017 free agency.

The Heat are eyeing possibly Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis so a huge $45 million dollar deal could become a problem if not make that plan impossible.

"Everybody in this organization over the years has had to sacrifice," Riley said via ESPN. "The one player [as much as anyone] that's had to sacrifice for the sake of winning has been him (Wade). This is now getting down to business. We respect him. We want him back. We want him here for the rest of his career. And we're going to try to do everything to make that happen."

Some critics got the wrong notion that the Heat drafted Justise Winslow in case the Heat would lose Wade and maybe even Dragic. Riley explained that Winslow's selection was a move to add depth and not to replace Wade and another possible departing player in Luol Deng.

With the situation, multiple teams have reportedly expressed interest in Wade. The Los Angeles Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers are said to be interested in getting the high-flying guard though all that remain as rumors for now.

On whether Riley can pull something off and keep Wade is anyone's guess but from the looks of it, only a max deal would entice Wade to stay on with the Heat.
