Panay boasted of the Lumia 950 and 950XL's cameras which has a 20 megapixel sensor that responds well in low lighted conditions. The triple LED RGB Natural Flash at the back not just eliminates red-eye in pictures but makes it look more alive. It also has a 5th generation optical image stabilizer that takes pictures without the blur even if you or your subject is moving. It also has a dedicated camera button that makes taking photos easier with just a press of a button.

The phone has a built-in 32GB of memory which can be extended up to 200GB with a memory card and uses a USB-C connector that is able to quick charge the phone with 50 percent batter power in just 30 minutes.
