Karen Kim (Yunjin Kim) is about to meet a new man in her life when "Mistresses" returns to ABC for season 4.

TVLine revealed that Karen's love life will be colorful once again after meeting a man named Adam online. According to the report, "Gilmore Girls" alum David Sutcliffe has been tapped to play the role.

The report described Sutcliffe's character as a tremendously handsome man who owns a pair of sparkling eyes. Based on the casting description, Adam will start seeing Karen "after connecting with her on an online dating site — or so he thinks." Could this mean that Karen did not intentionally put up her personal profile on the dating website?

Aside from a possible relationship with Adam, Karen will be very busy in "Mistresses" season 4. She will be raising her baby daughter Vivianne while writing and releasing her own book titled "Unleashed: One Woman's Journey." But she will not do it alone, since she will be assisted by her daughter's "manny" Robert (Jerry O'Connell) and literary agent Barbara Rutledge (Tia Mowry).

Meanwhile, Karen's friends will also embark on their own journeys for season 4. Based on the trailer for the upcoming season, fans of the series will get to know how Joss Carver (Jes Macallan) dealt with the shooting scare that she encountered in the season 3 finale. But Harry Davis (Brett Tucker) remained by her side after the ordeal.

According to the synopsis for the premiere episode, titled "The New Girls," Harry is already thinking about taking their relationship to another level. However, Joss remained too traumatized because of what happened to her in the past.

Meanwhile, April Malloy (Rochelle Aytes) and Marc Nickleby (Rob Mayes) have decided to move in together, but April will be very concerned that her daughter Lucy (Corinne Massiah) is already growing up too fast, but Marc has yet to find himself a steady job.

"Mistresses" season 4 premieres on Monday, May 30, on ABC.
