In deceased killer Elliot Rodger's 141-page manifesto, he discussed several females that affected his life, but only one is described as the reason he "started to hate all girls." After his killing spree on May 23 in Isla Vista, California, many wondered, "Who is Monette Moio?"

Rodger described Moio as a "a pretty blonde girl" who was part of a group of "popular Seventh Grade girls" that teased him. He also wrote, "I hated her so much, and I will never forget her. I started to hate all girls because of this. I saw them as mean, cruel, and heartless creatures that took pleasure from my suffering."

Rodger would go on to kill six people and injure 13 others before committing suicide on Friday evening.

The manifesto described a confused, socially-awkward, emotionally-disturbed young man who had few friends and an intense hate for females. Although Moio was not the first girl that Rodger felt had humiliated him, his interactions with her in middle school were unique in his eyes.

"The way I was treated by girls at this time, especially by that evil b---- Monette Moio, sparked an intense fear of girls," he wrote.

"The funny part of this is that I had a secret crush on Monette. She was the first girl I ever had a crush on, and I never admitted it to anyone. To be teased and ridiculed by the girl I had a crush on wounded me deeply.

"The world that I grew up thinking was bright and blissful was all over. I was living in a depraved world, and I didn't want to accept it."

Monette is an aspiring model, actress, and singer, and attends California State University at Northridge. She works at an Equinox gym and a tanning salon, and has appeared on episodes of "24" and "iCarly." Moio's father, Veteran Hollywood stuntman John Moio, said his daughter barely remembers the boy.

"He was [a year] older. She remembers him being odd, that's it," Moio told the New York Post.

"He's a sociopath. She hasn't seen him since school.

Moio also rejected the idea that Monette bullied Elliot Rodger.

"Maybe the girls she hung around with did poke fun at him, but they were kids," he said.

"My daughter was not a bully, she's one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. She probably rejected his aggressive advances. If you want to call that bullying then fine."

On May 23, Rodger stabbed three men to death in his apartment: Cheng Yuan Hong, 20, George Chen, 19, and Weihan Wang, 20.

He then drove his BMW 328i to the UC Santa Barbara campus and killed Delta Delta Delta sorority sisters Katherine Cooper, 22, and Veronika Weiss, 19. Christopher Michael-Martinez, 20, was killed seemingly at random at a local deli.

After running over bicyclists and pedestrians with his car and engaging in shoot-outs with Santa Barbara police, Rodger shot himself in the head inside his vehicle.
