The most awaited "Monster Hunter" game, "Monster Hunter: World," is out in a few weeks, and as it nears its release, Capcom has constantly reminded its fans that there will be more to look forward to once the game gets released. Recently, they even have shared some details for the first downloadable content (DLC) they have in the works.

Just like any DLC, there will, of course, be a lot of new monsters and gear. Although not much has been said about it, the first DLC will feature one monster that many fans of the previous titles will have recognized: the Deviljho.

"The Deviljho must feed constantly and will devour anything in its way, even feeding on the largest of monsters with its massive jowls," said Capcom when describing the Deviljho, as per GameSpot. "This wild beast really is one for only the bravest of hunters to take on."

Aside from the Deviljho, fans would likely expect to see new gear added to the game. If fans are to base it on the DLCs released for the previous titles on the 3DS, it should contain armor based on other Capcom games. They included "Mario," "Sonic," "Zelda," "Metroid," "Fire Emblem," and "Devil May Cry."

If there is any other game Capcom has featured in "Monster Hunter: World," it would no other than be Mega Man. Just a month ago, Mega Man was featured in an extended trailer for the game as a Palico companion. Right now, there is already the "Horizon Zero Dawn"-inspired gear exclusive to the PlayStation 4 (PS4). It would then not be much of a surprise to see the first DLC to include Mega Man-inspired armor.

"Monster Hunter: World" will be out on Jan. 26, 2018 for the PS4 and Xbox One. PC players will have to wait for a few months as a PC version will be coming this fall. The free DLC for the PC may likely come with the release as well.
