Motorola has been relentless this year with their smartphone offerings. Needless to say, their best ones yet are the Moto X and Motorola DROID Turbo. Anyone considering buying a Motorola phone will more likely decide between the two.

According to Franchise Herald, the Moto X and Moto DROID Turbo are two of the best Android phones so far. Both offer great features. The site even described the two phones as "beasts."

When it comes to design, the DROID Turbo is more rugged and features a metal chassis in woven fiber or black/red. The Moto X has a simpler design with its customizable back cover.

For the display screen, the DROID Turbo has a 5.2 inch Gorilla Glass 3 with AMOLED display at 1440 x 2560 resolution and 556 ppi. The Moto X also has a 5.2 inch screen but with a lower resolution at 1080 x 1920 pixels and 424 ppi density.

In terms of internal power, the DROID Turbo is powered by a 2.7 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805, 3 GB RAM with Adreno 420 GPU. The Moto X has a slightly lower chip, the Snapdragon 801 and Adreno 330 GPU.

The DROID Turbo is available at 32 GB and 64 GB, while the Moto X is available at 16 GB and 32 GB. Both can accommodate microSD memory cards. Both phones have the Android 5.0 Lollipop update.

For capturing images, the DROID Turbo takes this one by a landslide. It features a 20.7 MP camera and it takes great shots in low light and outdoors. As for the Moto X, it only offers a 13 MP main camera.

How long will the battery juices last? The DROID Turbo has a 3900 mAh battery, which may last up to 48 hours. Motorola did boast about its fast charging mechanism. 15 minutes of charging can equate to 8 hours of battery life. The Moto X has an inferior battery. It has a 2300 mAh battery, which can only last around 7 hours with web browsing.

As for the price, the DROID Turbo retails for $599.99 but it is a Verizon exclusive so it should come with more affordable bundle packages. The Moto X retails for around $300.

So, which one should you get? If price isn't a factor, then you should definitely go with the DROID Ultra. But if you're sticking to a budget, the Moto X with its mid-range specs and good performance isn't a bad buy at all. Anyhow, getting either of these two phones make you a winner anyway.
