The Moto G (3rd Gen) 2015, the purported new iteration of the original 4.5-inch Motorola device that was released back in 2013, was recently leaked in a video. The clip was temporarily taken down only to re-emerge once more, giving fans the opportunity to take a good look at what the Lenovo-owned company will showcase next. 

The footage revealed that although the new Moto G will still have a swappable and textured back cover, it received merely understated changes in terms of design. The biggest of these changes is the oval plate — the camera is embedded on top and the Motorola logo is etched that the bottom. This new aesthetic might remind some users of LG handsets, which Reddit user MotoLeaks already pointed out a month back. 

The person filming the video also showed the specs sheet that comes with the Moto G 2015. With this, users learned that the upcoming device will house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor. Unfortunately, the RAM will remain at 1 GB. The device offers up 8 GB of storage and should users need more for their apps, files and games, there is a microSD card slot. The budget smartphone is said to come with a 5-inch 720 display and also looks like it will be running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, currently the latest version of the operating system.

From an 8-megapixel rear-facing shooter and a 2-megapixel camera which its predecessor had, the Moto G 2015 is said to get a substantial update, bumping up the primary snapper to 13 megapixels and the secondary one to 5 megapixels. 

Rumor mills fail to pinpoint a specific month or day for its actual release but the Moto G 2015 is expected to be officially unveiled by Motorola in the very near future.
