Another benchmark result recently surfaced that bore the familiar XT1650 model number, speculated to be the flagship phone of Motorola, the Moto X 2016. It is believed to be the same phone that a Geekbench benchmark test featured last April. The phone is internally known as Sheridan.

Based on the latest benchmark result, the rumored Moto X 2016 will be equipped with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 clocking in at 2.1 GHz and 1.6 GHz, with Adreno 530. It is paired with 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and loaded with the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow mobile operating system.

Interestingly, the result also showed that the front may offer a 5MP camera, while the back contains two camera lenses, at 12MP and 20MP, which can shoot 4K videos. It also contains features such as autofocus, face detection, flash, and touch focus.

It seems that Motorola is jumping on the dual-camera bandwagon, just like the previously released models from other manufacturers such as the LG G5, HTC One M8 and Huawei Honor 8, to name a few. It is also rumored that the Apple iPhone 7 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will also bring in a similar setup.

The result added that Motorola XT1650 will be coming with a 5.5-inch display screen that offers a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution. However, it does not say if it will have a memory card slot. There is also no info on its battery capacity. BGR mentioned that it is expected to arrive with WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and 4G LTE. There is a possibility that a second model, with 64GB internal storage, will also be available.
