The first episode of "Mr. Robot" season 2 will begin this week, but few lucky fans got a chance to catch the entire premiere when the producers "leaked" the episodes online.

The "leaked" telecast of the premiere episode, titled "eps2.0_unm4sk-pt1.tc," aired during the live Facebook Q&A with series creator Sam Esmail. According to the figure who interrupted the live Q&A session, "You deserve something new, something unexpected, something you've never seen before."

But the surprise screening did not last long, since the people behind the show deleted the episode online after a while. Those who managed to catch the show posted positive feedback online, saying that it was "so good."

Lead star Rami Malek, who portrays the role of Elliot Alderson in the series, dropped a few teasers in an interview with News.com.au. According to the actor, the aftermath of the revolution that his character helped start in season 1 will be tackled in season 2.

"The fallout, and how you deal with the repercussions of setting out to do something that you're passionate about and the havoc that it wreaks and questioning where we're willing to go for something that we want, who and what is expendable when serving what we think is a greater good," the actor revealed.

Malek also teased that there will be a very distinct conflict between Elliot and Mr. Robot, the imaginary character portrayed by Christian Slater.

"This year especially, obviously there is this conflict between us, there's a recognition that Elliot speaks to his dead father, and that's a massive realization and that is something that gets battled and dealt with throughout season 2, and there are some pretty argumentative scenes with both of us," he said.

Those who were not able to watch the first episode of "Mr. Robot" season 2 will be able to catch it in its regular timeslot on USA Network on Wednesday, July 13.
