'NBA 2K15' roster update details

Steve Blake's jersey number change from #25 to #5 in "NBA 2K15"Facebook/NBA 2K

The great thing about "NBA 2K15" is that it reflects the changes that happen in the real-life sport. Trades have shaken up the world of the legendary game and it is only fitting that its virtual counterpart will feel that quaver, too. 2K Sports is admirable when it comes to applying the changes, doing so quickly, which only goes to show why "NBA 2K15" is a favorite among gamers.

A total of 37 players switched to different teams before the NBA Trade deadline and all that is mirrored in the wildly popular professional basketball simulation game by 2K Sports. Kevin Garnett moved from Brooklyn Nets to Minnesota Timberwolves. NBA fans also saw Brandon Knight drafted to the Phoenix Suns as well as Goran Dragic to the Miami Heat. Jersey number changes were echoed in the game, too. Portland Trailblazer point guard Steve Blake changed his number from 25 to 5 in honor of the late Jerome Kersey.
