"NBA 2K17," the recently released 18th installment in the highly popular "NBA 2K" basketball simulation video game franchise has, for the most part, been about creating the best basketball team within the game's league.

However, several other players want to challenge themselves more, which is why some are aiming to acquire all of the possible badges that the game has to offer.

Acquiring these in-game achievements is sadly easier said than done, and even more so without a proper guide on how to get them. Fortunately, several players have now outlined the exact methods and requirements to get the badges.

The badges themselves are segregated into different batches, namely the Personality badges, the Playmaking Badges, the Defensive Badges, the Inside and Outside Scoring Badges, and the Athletic Badges.

For Personality Badges, the Alpha Dog badge can be gained by getting the game's highest overall rating. The Spark Plug badge can be attained by coming off the bench with a minimum of 7 points. The Championship DNA badge is obvious and can be gained by winning the game's championship. The Microwave badge on the other hand can be attained by having 2 red rings for 10 consecutive games. The Enforcer badge is gained by having 10 non-flagrant fouls in a season. The easiest one is the Expressive badge which is gained by celebrating a game.

A lot of the badges in the Playmaking batch can be gained by reaching several milestones like 300 assists in 20 games for the Dimer badge, 50 ally oops for the Lob City Passer badge, 50 passes for the Flashy Passer badge, and 200 double moves for the Ankle Breaker badge. There are two badges to earn from the Defensive batch, which includes poking the ball 50 times to get the Pick Pocket badge and doing 400 rebounds for the Hustler Rebounder badge.

The pattern is also much of the same for the Inside and Outside Scoring badges and for the Athletic Badges. Players can acquire the different badges for both batches by performing certain milestones including doing 50 floaters, 75 contact lay-ups, 100 drive moves, 30 drop step moves, 60 jump shot, and other moves.

"NBA 2K17" was release worldwide back in Sept. 20 and was made available on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, iOS, and Android.
