According to the latest NBA free agency rumors, the Memphis Grizzlies are worried that their point guard Mike Conley will exit the team in this year's free agency.

"Some members of the Grizzlies front office are growing a bit concerned about the possibility of Conley leaving in free agency, per a source with knowledge of the situation," Ian Begley of ESPN New York claimed.

Two months back, the Grizzlies were so adamant about having Conley re-sign. Franchise's general manager Chris Wallace went so far as to say that time that they are going to have the point guard back on board.

But that does not seem to be the case as per new NBA trade rumors. It is now being said that Conley might end up playing next season for the Philadelphia 76ers, which are in grave need of a point guard with Ish Smith an unrestricted free agent.

The Sixers will be going big in the upcoming NBA free agency as the franchise attempts to rebuild and reinforce itself into a playoff contender.

According to The Sixer Sense, the Sixers are also planning to pursue Jeff Teague and Dennis Schroder of Atlanta Hawks to make for a strong point guard setup.

The team is even rumored to go after Derrick Rose, although the Chicago Bulls point guard is rumored to be Mike Conley's replacement in the Memphis Grizzlies should he sign in the NBA free agency with the Sixers.

Conley is expected to be offered a max deal from the Sixers, which can shoot to a whopping $124 million. He brings with him a hefty- resume including 50 playoff game appearances.

Conley is believed to be a great addition to the Sixers. Money would definitely be not an object to make this switch possible. Whether or not he will be wearing the Sixers jersey remains to be unclear at the moment.
