Gerald Green could be making his return to the Miami Heat fold soon, although he still has to satisfy a two-game suspension meted on him for his actions deemed detrimental to the team.

This, of course, has something to do with that incident at the lobby of the Miami condo where he was staying, a scene that saw an agitated Green screaming profusely and allegedly bleeding.

The full details of what happened that day have yet to be known, although a recent police report may shed some of the sequences which were not detailed in the initial reports.

That include Green reportedly being treated for dehydration on Nov. 3. He missed his first game the night prior in what was termed simply as an "illness."

But it was the sequence of events that occurred the next day that seemed to be a bit off and in pieces. And the missing bits included Green reportedly hitting someone who was trying to restrain him as he was trying to head up to his unit.

It remains a bit off, however, on why Green was bleeding and reportedly passed out. The victim he punched in the right eye will reportedly not press charges.

Right now, Green is serving his suspension, although it looks like he will most likely be back on the bench by Nov. 17 against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Green can return as early as Friday which should give him ample time to prepare as the Heat's next game isn't until Tuesday next week.

It becomes the second blackeye for Green this season, the first one acquired during the preseason where he was fined $25,000 for making menacing gestures when the Heat played the Washington Wizards.

Green is an integral part of the Heat bench with his proven scoring prowess and hopefully, he can get his act back together soon.
