National Basketball Association (NBA) fans around the world can get away with thinking that with a solid lineup consisting of some of the league's best names such as LeBron James, Kevin Love, Isaiah Thomas, and recently, Dwayne Wade, the Cleveland Cavaliers would just blitz through the entire eastern conference Playoffs without even breaking a sweat.

The acquisition of Wade and Thomas added more firepower to the already formidable team that, at least on paper, looks ready to exact revenge from last season's finals loss against the Golden State Warriors. And even though the league is still a few months away from the Playoffs, Cavs supporters are already looking ahead to the rematch.

But still, there are quite a few people who think that the Cavaliers are far from ready to compete in the postseason. And shockingly, one of these people just happens to be the leader of the team himself, LeBron James.

The thirteen-time NBA All Star recently spoke to Dave McMenamin on ESPN, where he expressed doubts whether his team can survive the playoffs, given the lackluster showing that has plagued the Cavs recently.

"Playoffs? We can't even start thinking about that, not the way we're playing right now," James said. "We could easily get bounced early in the playoffs if they started next weekend. Haven't even began thinking about the postseason."

The Cavaliers this season looked far from the championship caliber team that they have always been for the last seven years. Saturday's game saw them getting poked in the eye by the Oklahoma City Thunder in a 148-124 loss, largely due to their dismal defense that allowed the Thunder to shoot 58 percent.

The Cavaliers have now lost 8 of their last 11 games, something very unbecoming of a team that had previously made three straight NBA finals appearances.

James said that there is more than one problem to be fixed, and if the Team is hoping to get back on track just in time for the Playoffs, they better fix all of it very soon.

"We got a lot of things going on. It's not 1, it's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. We got some searching to figure out how we can be better." He added.
