During this year's NBA trade, free agent Jeremy Lin would not mind donning the New York Knicks jersey again. The point guard recently commented on a possible return to the team where Linsanity began.

"I've always been open to going back and I still am," Lin said during an interview with World Economic Forum on reuniting with the Knicks, which he played for in 2012.

However, Lin believes that this might not be the year for his return there, seeing that Chicago Bulls veteran Derrick Rose was just traded to the Big Apple. He thinks that it may not be the right timing.

Lin goes to free agency with the hopes of finding the team that will help the former Charlotte Hornets point guard see "how great I can be as a player."

In order to find his perfect match in this year's NBA trade, he plans to "exhaust every opportunity to see which one will be the best for me."

More than that, for Lin, the NBA trade could be the key for him to find the team he will stick with. "I've played six years in the NBA. I've played on five different teams. I've played for two D-League teams," Lin said.

"So seven cities in six years. I'm tired of boxes, I'm tired of moving companies, and I want to find a home," the 27-year-old NBA superstar went on to say.

What this new home will be remains to be seen. However, the latest NBA trade rumors suggest that Lin might feel right at home with the Orlando Magic.

The franchise recently acquired Serge Ibaka of Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange of three of its players – Victor Oladipo, Ersan Ilyasova and No. 11 overall pick Domantas Sabonis.

According to Josh Robbins of Orlando Sentinel, Lin will be a perfect fit with the Magic and should be an efficient backup point guard for Elfrid Payton.

As for Lin's NBA trade plans, no specific teams have been linked with him yet.
