Markieff Morris continues to be on the Phoenix Suns roster, but it doesn't need amplifying that the forward wants out of Arizona.

Morris is obviously trying to keep everything to himself, seeing that he has gotten himself to a whole lot of trouble during the offseason when he made public his desire to be traded. For those who missed it, Morris was fined $10,000 for his troubles and, apparently, he doesn't want to make the same mistake again.

Just recently, Morris was again in the limelight for a towel-throwing incident at head coach Jeff Hornacek. While he claims it wasn't done on purpose, the fact remains that Morris is as disgruntled as they come.

To date, Morris has been far from the player he was before. He is obviously bothered by something, so a change of scenery could make sense. His brother Marcus believes that such will do him good after baring that his brother is still looking to get out of Phoenix.

Marcus says via the Detroit Free Press that Markieff is staying positive and hoping to go somewhere else. With his brother still under contract with the Suns, he echoes the same sentiments made by National Basketball Association (NBA) vets to just deal with things as professionally as possible.

Unlike Markieff, Marcus has been a revelation in Detroit. He has blossomed into a reliable player for coach Stan Van Gundy after seemingly being lost when he was still in Phoenix.

Markieff, on the other hand, may need to pick up the pace and come up with a good performance to draw some interest. His play so far has been very poor and such is unlikely to draw any interest from teams who may be looking to get him.

Detroit is one team interested, but so are other teams like the Houston Rockets and the New Orleans Pelicans. So if he wants to leave, he may need to boost his stock in a hurry.
