G. Callen's (Chris O'Donnell) love interest will be in the middle of another case in the next episode of "NCIS: Los Angeles" season 7.

In the episode titled "Exchange Rate," Anna Kolcheck (Bar Paly) will be involved once again in a case against the team when she helps a convicted criminal break out of prison. This information surprised the entire team since they did not expect to find out that Anna was the one who helped the Cuban spy escape.

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

"When a convicted Cuban spy escapes U.S. custody just before he is set to return to his country in a prisoner exchange, the team is shocked to learn that Anna (Bar Paly) helped him break out. Also, Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) admits to Kensi (Daniela Ruah) that he thinks she is too messy."

Anna was last seen in the police procedural series during the two-part episode where she helped the NCIS team in LA infiltrate the Russian prison to investigate her father Arkady (Vyto Ruginis).

The synopsis also reveals that there will be some drama between Deeks and Kensi as he will be a little frank about her habits. Fans should expect Kensi to be annoyed at Deek's observation.

Aside from the Kolchecks, the episode will also feature new characters, including Ricardo Pena/Roman Nulishkin, portrayed by Juan Javier Cardenas; DOJ Attorney Heidi Reardon, played by Alexis Carra; Ben Walker, portrayed by Phil Abrams; and U.S. Marshal Anthony Howard, portrayed by Chris Gann.

Meanwhile, during the previous episode titled "Revenge Deferred," the lives of Sam Hanna's (LL Cool J) family were put in danger when the team realized that they were put under surveillance by the Lord's Resistance Army. Hanna and Callen were called to report in Africa because of this.

"NCIS: Los Angeles" season 7 episode 18 airs March 14 on CBS.
