November has just begun and Netflix's November lineup has been up for some time. Binge-watchers all over the world are excited for brand-new shows to sink their teeth into and they are in for an exciting month of Netflix originals and more.

Here are the shows viewers can expect to see in the upcoming weeks.

The first Netflix original of the month will hit TV screens on Nov. 3. "Alias Grace" is an adaptation of Margaret Atwood's novel of the same name. Based on a real event, "Alias Grace" is the story of a woman who finds herself involved in a string of murders. Convicted and imprisoned, she must now deal with the consequences of her actions. It's a serious show to begin the month with but fans of crime dramas will have a blast.

A few days after "Alias Grace," sitcom "Lady Dynamite" returns with its second season on Nov. 10. A comedy-drama loosely based on Maria Bamford's life, fans of the first season are in for another bout of laughter and good times.

Netflix will also be getting two new Westerns, "Longmire" season 6 and "Godless." The former is based on the mystery novels by Craig Johnson and it's a contemporary crime drama about a dedicated sheriff dealing with the recent death of his wife. Meanwhile, "Godless" is a new western about outlaws, revenge and more.

Some of the other shows coming later in November are "Piranha," a movie about a spring break that takes a turn for the worst when the vacationers realize there's something in the water; "She Gotta Have It," a comedy-drama with a sprinkle of romance; and "Mudbound," a movie about social class, race and the Second World War.

Aside from that, Netflix will also be adding a roster of beloved movies such as "Casper," "Oculus," "Silent Hill" and more. The assortment of movies and TV shows ensure that fans of all genres will have something to enjoy this November.
