Kevin Feige, Marvel Studios President, made big announcements yesterday. Other than outlining Marvel's plan for the next five years, including the Phase Three slate which will last until 2020, he also made some shocking but awesome reveals as well as confirmed quite a few things that have been talked about recently.

The movies included in the schedule are "Captain America: Civil War" on May 6, 2016, "Doctor Strange" on Nov. 4, 2016, "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" on May 5, 2017, "Thor: Ragnarok" on July 28, 2017, "Black Panther" on Nov. 3, 2017, "Avengers: Infinity War (Part 1) on May 4, 2018, "Captain Marvel" on July 6, 2018, "Inhumans" on Nov. 2, 2018 and "Avengers: Infinity War (Part II)" on May 3, 2019.

The movie schedule alone confirms tons of things in the rumor mill. For one, "Captain America 3" will be about "Civil War" and not "Serpent Society." Also, "The Avengers 3" will be a two-part movie. And then there's the shocking reveal of Black Panther and how he will play a huge role in the upcoming films, too.

During the announcement, Joss Whedon was also present. He was there to debut the new footage of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and this is something that was never seen before. Just a hint though, it's a scene wherein the gang is having a drink and the Avengers each take turns trying to lift Thor's hammer. After a while, Ultron crashes the party.

Moreover, Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. were there to confirm that Iron Man will indeed play a huge role in "Captain America 3." Does that mean there is really no "Iron Man 4" in the future, or at least until 2020 then? The schedule doesn't show any standalone movies for "The Hulk" or "Black Widow" either.

Feige also confirmed who will play Black Panther and it will be Chadwick Boseman. However, Feige didn't confirm that Benedict Cumberbatch will play Doctor Strange. According to JoBlo, Feige only made announcements that were final. As for who will play Captain Marvel, the casting is not happening soon.

Feige was also asked about the rumor of a Spider-man crossover.

He simply answered, "Either not true or not ready to be announced yet."
