The recently released poster of Marvel's "Ant-Man" offers more details about the film before it debuts in July.

In the latest poster, the tiny superhero is featured standing tall against all the other characters in the background, including his alter-ego Scott Lang, the original Ant-Man Hank Pym, as well as Pym's daughter Hope Van Dyne. It also shows the character named Paxton, who happens to be engaged to Lang's ex-wife Maggie, as well as Ant-Man's nemesis Yellowjacket.

The promo material also includes the phrase, "From the Studio that brought you Guardians of the Galaxy," which somehow compares it with Marvel's other film release. It was probably placed there to remind moviegoers that the "Guardians of the Galaxy" is one of the least popular comic books from Marvel but it managed to become one of the most successful films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The official synopsis for the upcoming Ant-Man film was released a few months back, which says:

Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world."

"Ant-Man" features a stellar cast, including Paul Rudd as the titular superhero character and his human-form Scott Lang, Michael Douglas as the original Ant-Man, Evangeline Lilly as Pym's long-lost daughter Hope Van Dyne, Judy Greer as Maggie, Bobby Cannavale as Paxton, Michael Pena, Jordi Molla, and Corey Stroll.

On the other hand, it has been recently announced that Rudd will reprise his role as Ant-Man in "Captain America: Civil War" alongside other fan-favorite Marvel characters like Robert Downy Jr.'s Iron Man and Chris Evan's Captain America. Rudd joins Emily VanCamp and Martin Freeman who were recently announced to join the movie.

"Ant-Man" is slated for theatrical release on July 17.
