New England Patriots vs Indianapolis Colts live stream (NBC TV): Watch NFL Sunday Night Football online (Week 6 preview)

The New England Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts face off on NFL Sunday Night Football tonight in a massive clash in Week 6 of the NFL 2015 regular season. The Patriots have gotten off to a perfect start to the season with a devastating offense that has demolished every defense they've come up against so far. The Colts meanwhile are finding their feet after suffering a tough start to the season, and a home win today against the Patriots would give them huge confidence going forwards. Today's Sunday Night Football game has a start time of 8.30 p.m. ET and takes place from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The game can be watched online through live stream via the link below.

Just days before the 2015 regular season got underway it was believed that Week 6 would signify the comeback of Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady, who had been suspended for his part in Deflategate. However, a last minute reprieve saw Brady return to the team in time of the season opener, and he has instead led them in a dance of offensive mastery and a perfect start to the season.

A comeback instead is on the cards for another quarterback - Andrew Luck for the Colts. But whether he will be able to help Indianapolis stop this New England juggernaut is questionable.

In the build up to today's game there has barely been a report without the mention of the underlying storyline behind this match up - that it is a rematch of the AFC Championship game, which again brings up talk of Deflategate.

Colts coach Chuck Pagano for his part has also insisted that everyone is ready to move beyond the controversy of last season: "Again, that's history. What we're going to focus on is today. ... We're focusing on us."

The game at the center of the Deflategate controversy ended in a massive 45-7 win for the Patriots, and whether today will go the same way or whether the Colts can bounce back and gain revenge remains to be seen.

Elsewhere in the NFL, earlier this week the Atlanta Falcons suffered their first defeat of the season, coming up short against the New Orleans Saints on NFL Thursday Night Football.

Drew Brees was the clear difference between the teams, with the Saints' quarterback passing for 312 yards. Brees connected excellently with Ben Watson, who posted a career high of 127 yards receiving, including a fourth down touchdown catch.

The game also saw an spectacular punt block by Michael Mauti, who went on to recover the ball for a touchdown to the delight of tens of thousands of fans at the Superdome.

There were also two short touchdowns for Mark Ingram, as the Saints put on arguably their best display of the season so far. The New Orleans defense also were fantastic, and arguably turned the game by recovering three fumbles, including two inside the Saints' own 20 yard line.

Even though there was a late rally by the Falcons, it was a matter of too little too late for Atlanta as they went down 21-31.

Today's big game between the New England Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts has a scheduled start time of 8.30 p.m. ET. The game can be watched on TV on the NBC network or online through live stream by clicking here.
