Summer is the perfect time to indulge in a movie marathon with family and friends, and Netflix has some new titles coming this July.

Among the must-see films to watch next month is 2014's "Serena," starring Jennifer Lawrence as the titular character and Bradley Cooper as a timber empire tycoon named George Pemberton. The film, which is based on the 2008 novel of the same name by author Ron Rash, tells the story of the newlyweds during the Depression era in South Carolina. As George struggles to maintain the future of his business, his life becomes complicated when Serena learns that she cannot bear children after suffering a miscarriage with their first child.

For the kids, "Penguins of Madagascar" is a sure thing to keep them entertained. A spin-off of the "Madagascar" movies, it takes place after the events of "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted," following the penguins Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private. The four join forces with an undercover organization called The North Wind to stop the villainous Dr. Octavius Brine from destroying the world.

Fans of "Glee" can also watch the last season of the hit Fox show next month. They can relive season 6 and watch Kurt (Chris Colfer), Rachel (Lea Michele), Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison), Blaine (Darren Criss), Mercedes (Amber Riley) and the rest of the gang as they return to McKinley High School.
