Chinese phone maker One Plus is reportedly set to unveil a new product today, Oct. 12, during their Bengaluru event.

The phone, called OnePlus X, may have not been officially unveiled, but there may have been some details revealed based on the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) filings announced last Friday.

According to the file, the new OnePlus smartphone reportedly carries model number E1005. Among its specs and features include a 1.9GHz processor, Global Positioning System (GPS), Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi capabilities.

The size details of OnePlus X have not been given away but based on the leaked FCC image gathered by PhoneScoop, the phone can measure about 140-millimeters long and has a width of 70 millimeters.

Furthermore, OnePlus' logo is seen at the back center portion of the device and housing for the rear camera can be spotted at the top-left portion.

The camera is speculated to be a Sony IMX258 13-megapixel shooter capable of recording 4K videos. It is also rumored that OnePlus X will have a 5-megapixel selfie shooter.

Dual speaker grilles can also be seen on the side panels, and a port for micro-USB is located at the bottom.

Meanwhile, recent leaks of OnePlus X (also called OnePlus Mini), as reported by Gadgets NDTV, revealed other specs the device will have, including an Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, MediaTek MT6795T processor, and 2 GB RAM.

No details have been shared regarding screen resolution, but an AnTuTu benchmark information showed that the device will have a full HD 1080p display.

The benchmark result also revealed that the new device from OnePlus garnered a score of 54,311, Gadgets NDTV reported, and this number is considered higher than what Samsung Galaxy Note 4 received.

This might mean that the Chinese phone may outdo Note 4's performance for a much cheaper price, giving it edge over its competitors.

More details about the new device from OnePlus should be revealed once the event in India is over.
