New UK Gospel Record Label Launched

United by ONE, a leading UK urban gospel organization, launched their latest initiative UB1 Music, as an independent record label which will handle quality UK-based gospel music acts promoting positive lifestyles within the urban music circles. UB1 Music, founded by James Freeman and Christophe Pierre comes under their umbrella media company UB1 Media Group.

The label’s first official signed act is Four Kornerz, an R&B based group with significant influences from Gospel, Jazz and Soul variations. They have performed in venues like Fairfield Halls, UCL Bloomsbury Theatre and London’s Trafalgar Square. Radio promotions are underway for their first debut single is ‘Clap Clap?, which will be serviced to various media outlets before their actual release in the first quarter of this year.

“We are extremely excited at the start of this new venture and we could not think of a better group than Four Kornerz to be our first officially signed act. They have that key cross-over sound and image; and as musicians on-stage they are second to none leaving their audience in awe of their highly-creative live sets,? says James Freeman.
