New York Giants vs Philadelphia Eagles live stream (Preview): Watch NFL Monday Night Football online (ESPN)

NFL Monday Night Football will see the New York Giants clash with fierce rivals the Philadelphia Eagles tonight in a massive all-NFC East division affair. The Eagles have the chance to pull level with the Giants tonight if they can claim the win, but the Giants similarly have a big opportunity; to take a firm grip of the top spot in the division, and at the same time put some clear distance between themselves and one of their main division rivals. The game has a scheduled start time of 8.30 p.m. ET and takes place from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The game can be watched on TV on the ESPN network or online through live stream via the link below.

The Giants come into today's game on 3-2 and are top of the NFC East, where as the Eagles are tied for second with the Dallas Cowboys on 2-3. But that can all change tonight if the Eagles can claim the win, which would move them on par with New York on 3-3.

New York are ticking along well now after losing their opening two games. Since that losing start they have won their last three games and will be looking to keep that momentum going with another win at Lincoln Financial Field.

But fans will remember that the Giants were in an identical situation just last year. On 3-2 they were looking at the season with hope. But then they came up against the Philadelphia Eagles, and a massive loss sparked a long skid of results from which the Giants ultimately never recovered from.

They have the chance to rewrite things tonight though, and can gain some revenge for that loss last year. The Eagles themselves are struggling this season and if the Giants can put in a solid performance they should be able to come out with another win.

Quarterback Eli Manning is in excellent form, having thrown a season best 441 yards and three touchdowns in their last game against the San Francisco 49ers. The Giants won that game 30-27 after an amazing eight play, 32 yard drive at the end of the game, which climaxed with Manning throwing a 12 yard touchdown to Larry Donnell with just 21 seconds to go.

Coach Tom Coughlin has said, "It ranks up there as far as comebacks. They are resilient, tough-minded, they find themselves as a scrappy bunch. I told them in the locker room it took every guy, people were playing and pushed into roles that maybe they hadn't been in before. That's a real sign of a team"

Ahead of the game there have been some concerns about the fitness of starting receivers Odell Beckham Jr and Rueben Randle. Both were struggling with hamstring problems during the 49ers game, and even though they are expected to shake those off, the Giants will need them at their best and fully fit if they are to gain victory here tonight.

The Eagles meanwhile will be hoping that their season is on an up-rise now. They lost three of their opening four games, but last week claimed a confidence boosting 39-17 win over the New Orleans Saints. The Philadelphia offense finally turned up; after only posting 294 yards on average through their opening four games, they piled on 519 yards against the Saints. If they can repeat that sort of form today they should be able to take down their fierce division rivals.

Quarterback Sam Bradford said of last week's victory, "Obviously, it's not going to be like this every week. But to know that when we're clicking and we're rolling that we can go out and do that, it's just going to give us confidence now to go out there and do it more often."
