The latest leaked images of the LG-manufactured Nexus 5 (2015) seem to be showing the device's final design. 

AndroidPit recently released two new images showing the different angles of the upcoming Google smartphone, which is currently being referred to as the Nexus 5X. 

The first image was leaked early this week, showing a round-shaped finger scanner located just below the raised camera lens. The dual-LED flash and the laser auto focus module are also seen at the right side of the camera, while the word Nexus is boldly embossed on the white back cover of the device. 

The more recent image, however, shows the upcoming device from its side where the power and volume buttons are located. Based on the image, the ceramic-looking buttons have moderately chamfered edges. 

The website also shows a side-by-side comparison of the alleged second-generation Nexus 5 smartphone and its predecessor. This shows that the Nexus 5X has a thinner body compared to the original, and its buttons are farther apart from each other. 

If rumors turn out to be accurate, the upcoming Nexus 5 (2015) will feature a 5.2-inch 1080p screen, and will be equipped with a Snapdragon 808 processor, a built-in 3 GB of RAM, either 16 GB or 32 GB memory space, a 12.3-megapixel primary camera with dual-LED falsh, a 5-megapixel front-facing secondary shooter, as well as USB Type-C support. It will also be powered by a 2700 mAh non-removable battery. 

Other reports from AndroidPolice claim that the device will also be shipped in black, white, and blue colors upon release. It was also reported that the 16 GB model will sell for $399 and the 32 GB edition, for $449. 

Google has yet to confirm the validity of the news but the tech firm is expected to make an announcement about their latest smartphone products on Sept. 29.
