It can be safe to say that the Nexus 6 will be next in the roster. However, nothing can be marked on stone right now. Google also announced that they are releasing Android L together by the end of the year. This made people think that the launch of Nexus 6 may be done at the same time as the Android L.

The specs for the Nexus 6 are pretty much all rumors to date. In fact, Google hasn't even confirmed if a Nexus 6 does exist. If it really does, some sources say that the Nexus 6 will have a 5.9 inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 QHD. It will have a pixel density of either 496 or 498 ppi.

As for its internal hardware, the Nexus 6 will be powered by a 2.6 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor with 3 GB of RAM. Further, it will have an Andreno 420 GPU and will get its juice from a 3200 mAh battery.

In terms of imaging, the Nexus 6 will have an impressive 13 MP main camera with features like dual flash, optical image stabilization and can shoot UHD video. Its secondary camera is 2 MP.
