The National Football League (NFL) will kick off Week 6 of the regular season with the matchup of the unbeaten Atlanta Falcons taking on the New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome this Thursday.

Atlanta already defeated the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Texans, and the Washington Redskins this season for a 5–0 start.

The Saints, on the other hand, only have one win so far this season and it was against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4.

As Week 6 continues, 24 teams will go to action this Sunday, Oct. 18; it will be headlined by another undefeated team in the Green Bay Packers, who will take on the San Diego Chargers next.

The Packers are doing an excellent job under the leadership of quarterback Aaron Rodgers who has been playing flawlessly so far, especially in games held at Lambeau Field.

Along with the Packers, undefeated teams the Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, and the Carolina Panthers will also be tested in Week 6.

The Bengals will take on the Buffalo Bills while the Broncos will face the Cleveland Browns.

Carolina will play against the Seattle Seahawks, who are not having the best of starts after making it to the Super Bowl in the past two seasons.

Meanwhile, the defending Super Bowl champions Patriots will be having an American Football Conference (AFC) championship game rematch when they take on the Indianapolis Colts this Sunday.

Last season's AFC championship game between the Pats and Colts was filled with controversy, which was later named as the "Deflategate" scandal.

The Patriots were accused of deflating the footballs used in the game versus the Colts, which later led to off field investigations and legal battles that involved the team's star quarterback Tom Brady.

To close the week, the Giants and Eagles will square off for NFL's Monday Night Football on Monday, Oct. 19.
