The on-going free agency for NFL's off-season is coming to an end now that training camps will begin by the end of this month. Many teams are still making their offer to other free agents and according to Chris Harris Jr. of the Denver Broncos the team might be able to get free agent Von Miller soon, as stated by NFL Total Access via Twitter.

It comes as no surprise that Harris Jr. may have made the statement despite him not being a part of the marketing or management division of the Broncos. Being the team's cornerback he may have been a part of the meeting with Von Miller in order to help convince Miller into signing a new deal with the Broncos.

Harris Jr. reportedly stated that Miller may signing a contract extension with the Broncos by Thursday, July 14 or by Friday, July 15 at the latest, giving the impression that negotiations have already been conducted and finalized.

However, bringing in one of their primary players is not the only tactic that the Broncos may have resorted to in order to convince Miller to join their organization. According to Vic Lombardi of Altitude Sports via Twitter, the Broncos also raised their offer to Miller.

The statement shows that the Broncos offered Miller up to $61 million in guaranteed cash in order to have him sign on to the team. It is undetermined at this point however if Miller already agreed, took the money and signed the deal and that the Broncos are just waiting to make the announcement or if the deal failed to push through.

Should the deal not succeed the Broncos will need to find a player of equal caliber to Von Miller yet the choices are starting to thin out now that the other teams have already secured many of the key players in free agency and from the NFL draft.
