Today's AFC North match up is unlikely to have much influence on the postseason picture, with both teams lagging way back in the standings. However, there should be sufficient drama in the game as both sets of players will be potentially playing for their futures with eyes already on next season and making sure they are part of the building process for the future.

Ahead of the game there has been a lot of coverage for Johnny Manziel as he was relegated to third string for partying during Cleveland's Bye Week. In addition, the Ravens will have to play tonight for the first time in eight years without Joe Flacco, after the quarterback tore the ACL and MCL in his left knee last week in their game against the St Louis Rams - a game they won 16-13.

Manziel's career has taken a massive setback after he promised coach Mike Pettine that he would behave over the Bye Week, however, he was caught on video singing rowdily in a night club while holding a bottle of champagne.

The incident saw Pettine come out and cite a breach of trust by the former Heisman Trophy winner, and he has now been demoted to behind Josh McCown and Austin Davis in the pecking order.

Pettine said, "It's the trust, the accountability part of it. It was right on the heels of discussions that not just I had with him but (quarterbacks coach) Kevin O'Connell and (offensive coordinator John DeFilippo) Flip and just that trust was violated. I can't emphasize the importance of the trust and the accountability piece. This is where we had an obvious shortcoming."

However, the move will not be permanent, Pettine confirmed, but the rumor mill is swirling again around Manziel, as his repeated off-the-field distractions are growing tiresome for some, and many believe it is just a matter of time before he uses up his final chance with the organization.
