It appears that American singer and performer, Nicki Minaj, has allowed her own fans to decide her fate for the near future. Recently, she has been bombarded by inquiries and suggestions from her fans on social media to do two things, which are to come up with a new album as well as conceive a child with her current boyfriend, Nas — who is a fellow hip hop artist and record producer.

In a report by Hollywood Life, Minaj released a rather "shoot from the hip" tweet when she addressed her fans about the whole situation. In Minaj's tweet, she stated that "Y'all want the album or the baby? Cuz ch- y'all ain't bout to get both," which when compared to how other A-list celebrities address their fans is considered to be quite blunt. Her fans tried to bargain for both a new album and a new baby but it seems like Minaj only wants to do one or the other. The tweet was released last Sunday, on Nov. 26.

This makes complete sense, since having a baby may put an indefinite hold on Minaj's career as a performer and a rap artist. In addition, Minaj has only started officially dating Nas, whose real name is Nasir Bin Olu Dara Jones, earlier this year. According to SOHH, majority of Minaj's fans would want for her to finish the album first as well as her commitments for a tour. It has been a while since Minaj released a new album, as her last album, "Pinkprint," was released in 2014.

According to Celebrity Insider, Minaj's fans suggested that she follow in the footsteps of Beyonce and do both at the same time. Unfortunately, Minaj fired back and stated that she will not be able to "multi-task" like Beyonce. However, an insider has reported that Minaj would want to pattern her life like Beyonce as well, which entails that she is to settle down with somebody who is successful and eventually raise multiple kids.
