Nike's limited edition Midnight Fog Apple Watch Series 3 out now

Nike has released a limited-edition Midnight Fog Apple Watch Series 3 to pair with its upcoming running shoes Air VaporMax.

The new watch is now currently available on the Nike website and in retail stores for $399. The VaporMax, on the other hand, will be available starting Nov. 24 for $190.

Nike's Apple Watch Series 3 comes with all the same features as the regular ones sold in the market. The ultimate sports watch comes with LTE, GPS, altimeter, a workout app, and a whole load of music to accompany users in all their exercises. It is also ready for any ocean and pool. The only difference is the exclusive watchfaces and the addition of Nike+ Run Club app, although this could also be installed into the existing Series 3 watches.

In the official announcement, Nike stated, "The latest look, which follows last year's Day to Night collection, serves up a stealthy color scheme, deep greys with iridescent accents, perfect for winter workouts."

Reviews were, however, quick to point out that the new color closely resembles Apple's existing black Sport loop band.

This is not the first time Nike has partnered with tech giant Apple to complete an ensemble for its iconic shoes. Back in May, Nike released the Day to Night collection, four various colors of bands that come with perforated holes to easily air out sweat.

Nike explained they were named for the different shades of sky colors as it changes from dusk to dawn, also representing the time of day a runner chooses to run, "at twilight, sunset and everything in between."

The Day to Night collection was released to match the Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit. They are sold at $49 each and could be bought separately from the Nike shoes. As of press time, there is no news yet on whether the Midnight Fog watch will also be sold separately.
