"No Man's Sky" is now scheduled to be released by June of next year.

This was the big piece of news regarding the game that came out during Paris Games Week, and it finally gives fans a date to look forward to with regard to the sci-fi title, Polygon reported.

In addition to the news about the game's release date, a new trailer, named "I've Seen Things," has also been released for "No Man's Sky" and it is offering fans a closer look at what they can expect to enjoy next June.

The new trailer starts off in space, with the player traveling in his ship traversing through a rocky area that features another spacecraft.

It then proceeds to show up what is presumably one of the planets inside the game, with this particular one featuring a lively collection of flora and fauna.

From there, viewers are then taken back out into space before proceeding into yet another planet. This time around, the planet is inhabited by creatures that closely resemble dinosaurs set along a red terrain.

Viewers are once again taken back into outer space before they are sent to a new planet named Shyinx. The player is shown descending onto the planet via the ship and setting onto the ground covered with blue plants. 

The trailer proceeds to show off some of the battles that players will experience in the game before fading to black and revealing the aforementioned June 2016 release window.

What appears in the trailer and what fans may already know about "No Man's Sky" may not be all that there is to the game, however.

According to a post by Hello Games founder Sean Murray on the official PlayStation Blog, the team behind the game is still working to further improve "No Man's Sky" as it is being primed for release.

Murray added that fans can expect to learn more about "No Man's Sky" in the coming months.
