Although "No Man's Sky" failed to appear at the E3 2016, the developers are certain that the game will be ready for its intended August release.

Posting an announcement, Sean Murray of Hello Games assures fans that development for "No Man's Sky" is on track.

Murray wrote, "Every day, the game is getting better and better, and despite all the late nights (and early mornings) we're all working to get it finished and in your hands, it's amazing to see it all coming together."

Fans are worried that the game may be delayed anew since it failed to appear at the E3, one of the largest annual events in the gaming industry. Murray, however, said that although the game was absent, Hello Games assures fans that the game is getting better and will make its intended August release. Murray took to Twitter to air his response.

The August release is already the third release date that Hello Games has announced for the title. Originally, "No Man's Sky" was supposed to release before 2015 ends, but Hello Games postponed the roll-out to June this year. However, earlier this year, the developer again announced that the release would be pushed back anew, and the game will instead roll out in August.

Murray also touched on these delays in the game's release. Speaking about the new roll-out date for the game, Murray adds, "We knew that people would be disappointed, and we've certainly heard a lot from some who decided to tell us all about that. But we've also heard some super nice words of support as we make the final push."

Fans have been waiting for "No Man's Sky" since last year, as the game looks to be a massive, space-exploration title. Murray hints that fans will not be disappointed, as "This is a type of game that hasn't been attempted before, by a smaller team than anyone would expect, under an intense amount of expectation."

The game launches on Aug. 9 in North America and Aug. 10 in Europe for the PlayStation 4 and PC.
