When developer Hello Games announced that it will be delaying the release of its space exploration title "No Man's Sky" for at least half a year (the title was originally scheduled to release last December), many fans who were waiting for the game were disappointed. However, the delay might be a blessing as speculations place "No Man's Sky" to be one of the launching titles for the PlayStation VR.

According to Design&Trend, it might seem coincidental for Hello Games to delay the release of "No Man's Sky" and schedule it for June, close to the rumored roll-out of the first-ever console VR system, the PlayStation VR. The industry follower surmised that since the game is looking to be a good title for a VR system, and with the release dates of the system itself and the game reportedly only days within each other, it doesn't seem far-fetched that "No Man's Sky" might be a good bundled title for the PlayStation VR's launch.

The industry follower also mentioned earlier rumors linking the game's delay to Hello Games making "No Man's Sky" capable of VR support. The game's original release schedule of December, while taking advantage of the full tech specs of the PS4, is not VR-ready. Hello Games had to go back to the drawing board to make the title playable on a VR system.

Meanwhile, MNR Daily stated that Hello Games is still trying to fine-tune the game, and with the promised vastness of the title, it still needs time to fix all the bugs and glitches and make the title run as seamlessly as possible.

"No Man's Sky" was supposed to come out last month. However, due to the delay, fans can expect the title to launch by June this year.
