Two months after the company announced its flagship phone Nokia 8, HMD Global unveiled the second Nokia phone to feature the new "bothie" camera, the Nokia 7. The new handset is a mid-range phone to be sold at half the price of the Nokia 8, and is designed to bring the two-way camera technology to a wider audience.

The upcoming phone will have a 5.2-inch LCD display with a 1080p resolution, and will be powered by a Snapdragon 630 processor. It will also include a decent 3,000 mAh battery capacity.

The phone will be available in two variants, a model with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage; and a 6 GB RAM, 128 GB storage version. Both versions will support expandable storage via microSD.

The phone will come with Android Nougat installed, but the company said that the phone will surely be upgradeable to Android Oreo. The phone will also come with a 3.5 mm audio jack, which is a plus for many users.

For its cameras, the Nokia 7 boasts a 16-megapixel, sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 at the back. On the front side, it has a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

Good cameras are a must for this Nokia phone, as it has one of the most unique new features found in Nokia smartphones, the "bothie." This feature is a mode that allows users to snap photos using both the front and back cameras simultaneously, combining the images into a single photo.

While it is mostly a gimmick, users who like taking photos on their phones may find it fun. Also, the feature may evolve into cooler applications in the future.

The Nokia 7 is scheduled to be released in China on Oct. 24. The 4 GB variant will sell for around $377, while the 6GB model will be approximately $407. It has not been announced when the new phone will hit North American markets.
