In less than two months, "Once Upon a Time" will return to ABC with brand new episodes of season 5. Now that it has been established that the new season will feature a new realm, fans are excited to see what's really in store for the Storybrooke heroes.

In the midseason finale episode of "Once Upon a Time," Emma (Jennifer Morrison) sacrifices her love, Hook (Colin O'Donoghue), who requested her to end his life to save everyone and finally rid her of the curse from the Dark One. As the second of the season begins, Emma and the rest of the gang will head to Hades' realm to try to reclaim Hook's soul.

Showrunner Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis already promised that some long-dead characters will be back in the series as part of the Underworld. Lana Parrilla, who plays Regina, also confirms this plot to E! News.

"We're taking everyone to the underworld. So, we're basically entering Hell, which is really exciting, because there are a lot of characters that have died on the show, that are going to make an appearance in the second half of the season," she told the news outlet.

Apart from the expected return of some Storybrooke characters, season 5B is also expected to feature an episode focusing on Belle (Emilie de Ravin). According to Bustle, the character is reportedly going to be the center of one of the future episodes, particularly, episode 17, which Horowitz previously teased on Twitter.

Titled "Her Handsome Hero," the news outlet explained that the episode title bears the same title of the book that Belle treasures as a child. She was also seen holding the book way back in season 1.

The series has also already enlisted Wes Brown to play Belle's suitor, Gaston, which only suggests that the show will feature a glimpse of Belle's past.

All that remains to be seen and fans of Belle would only hope that they get to see an entire episode mostly dedicated to the gorgeous bookworm.

"Once Upon a Time" season 5 will return to ABC on Mar. 6 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
