Spoilers reveal that the chapter will most likely feature a backstory from 63 years ago that will explain Big Mom's attachment to the now-broken Mother Caramel picture.

Fans are speculating that Mother Caramel is actually related to Big Mom and small details such as the word Elbaf made an appearance just before Mother Caramel disappeared. If that's so, it's possible that Big Mom might be related to the land of the giants that Luffy has encountered throughout his journey to become the Pirate King.
