Details about the still unannounced OnePlus 4 continue to rack up, with the latest murmur bearing details about the release date of the China-based tech firm's next dreaded flagship killer.

A user on Weibo, who also happens to be an adamant tech tipster, is claiming that OnePlus 4 will be released in the summer of next year, either around June or July.

This makes sense since the OnePlus 4's predecessor, the OnePlus 3, was released in June of last year. This new piece of information also debunks previous claims that the smartphone will be launched in May 2017, a month earlier than expected.

As for the specifications and features of the OnePlus 4, it is expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 processor, the newest from the manufacturer.

It will be the next big thing for mobile processing and will make history by being the first to be built on the 10-nanometer technology.

This should also allow the OnePlus 4 to boast as much as 8GB RAM, which will not be a surprise seeing that OnePlus pushed the limit of the Snapdragon 820 chipset on the OnePlus 3 by packing 6GB RAM.

Other specs include an Adreno 620 graphics processing unit (GPU), which, when paired with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 processor, should boost the performance and speed of the OnePlus 4

To keep the lights on, the OnePlus flagship will purportedly be a 4,000mAH battery, which will be a lot bigger than the OnePlus 3's 3,000mAH.

A larger battery pack will definitely be needed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 under the hood. More so if OnePlus gets more ambitious with the display for the OnePlus 4, which it will, with a 4K resolution screen rumored.

Wrapping up the device's impressive specs list is the inclusion of the Android 7.0 Nougat mobile operating system, which should be preinstalled on the OnePlus 4.
