OnePlus is about to unveil their next generation device. Even though no official release date for the device has been announced, a number of reported leaks about its features have surfaced.

OnePlus 5 has been rumored to come with dual-lens back camera. The upcoming smartphone shown in the leaks features an opening in its back that can be very much fit a dual-lens camera.

Other than a dual-lens camera, OnePlus is reported to have received its Chinese 3C certification in April. With this, the launch date for the upcoming device might just be around the corner, as pointed out by Gizbot. Additionally, there are also speculations saying that once it is revealed, the smartphone will be officially known as the OnePlusA5000.

People who have been looking forward to the next update know that the company ditched the idea of OnePlus 4 on their last phone. This is because the number 4 is considered lucky by the Chinese. However, this time, the company might be going back to its original order of naming their phones.

OnePlus 5 is also reported to have been seen in the Radio Regulation Authority Database. The database revealed almost every detail about the phone's specifications and the model number of the upcoming device.

Meanwhile, BGR reports that the recent sample pictures from the leaks were taken from the device. The location in the photo indicates that they were taken in Shenzen, China, where the mobile phone is currently being developed.

The images seen in the reports offer some details about what the dual-lens camera would be like. Some of the images suggest that the camera has enhanced optical zoom, and even a bokeh blur effect.

The OnePlus 5 remains surrounded with speculations, since most of the gathered reports so far are unofficial. People who might be interested in purchasing the device still have to wait for the official announcements from OnePlus.
