OnePlus One price to increase in Europe

OnePlus is no doubt one of the alternative high-end phones that will give anyone quality for their money but then again, that would depend on the region.

From a business standpoint, companies such as OnePlus will stretch their selling point as much as they can, even if it means earning just a small amount. But once the market becomes unstable and thus leading losses for a company, it seems only normal to learn that they will be forced to jack up prices to cover up losses.

With the instability of the Euro, OnePlus has bared that they have had no margins (profits) and are actually selling their phones at a loss. As of this writing, the current value of the euro is $1.06.

And much as middle mobile device players would want to keep their pricing at a reasonable level, there is no other recourse but to hike up the prices for their units at least for the European region.

Hence, the OnePlus will be offering their units at an increased price of €299 for the 16GB silk white and €349 for the 64GB Sandstone black variants.

The good news is that folks over in Europe can still get the OnePlus One at the old price for now. The 16GB version can be bought for €269 while the 64GB version for €299 at the moment and it will remain at these pricing levels at least until March 25.

After March 25, the new pricing mentioned above will be in effect. With regards to the accessories for the OnePlus, pricing will remain the same.
