Although details of the release date have not been announced, fans are all the more excited as several reports shared what could be expected from season 4.

It was already confirmed previously that Laura Prepon will be back to play her role as Alex Vause. According to Latinos Post, Alex's relationship with Piper (Taylor Schilling) will be given focus as it gets more complicated than ever.

Alex tends to go bolder, while Piper crosses over to the dark side. It was also previously reported that Prepon believes Alex will always have a special connection with Piper.

Apart from Alex and Piper's relationship, "Crazy Eyes" played by Uzo Aduba will also find her love interest in the upcoming season. Rumors have it that her love interest may be Maureen Kukudio (Emily Althaus).

Meanwhile, fans of the Netflix series area also wondering if Ruby Rose will be seen in more episodes in season 4.

Rose played Stella and she instantly capture the hearts of fans, who hope that she will return one day after she was placed in maximum security as a result of Piper's manipulative character.

There were speculations that Stella might make a comeback, considering she's trying to befriend Nicky (Natasha Lyonne), another inmate placed in the maximum security.

If showrunners decide to go for that plot, then it will definitely be an interesting twist to the upcoming season.

According to Realty Today, Lyonne reportedly said that there's a chance that her character will come back, adding speculations that Rose's Stella will also join the comeback.

However, this news has yet to be confirmed or denied.

Meanwhile, fans will just have to watch out for upcoming news about OITNB. The series' season 4 is set to premiere on Netflix by June 2016.
